It's A LOT of narrow winding steps down and up so if you have mobility issues this might not be for you. Additionally some of the passages are narrow and, of course, you're constantly surrounded by skeletal remains.

An audio guide is available and definitely worth getting.

The Catacombs might not be everyone's cup of tea, but we appreciated the history and tour.
